The culture at Rosegold Hair Salon is all about people and place, with our passion driving us to deliver the highest level of service to everyone who walks through our doors. We believe that high-quality, passionate stylists lead to great service and happy customers. We also believe that small businesses owe it to their community to be a positive impact on a local level, while also keeping focus on big picture items like sustainability and reducing our carbon footprint.
People
It can be said that people make the place, and here we couldn't agree more. We believe that high quality stylists are the only way to provide great service, and that starts with their passion for the craft. Our stylists are all very talented and dedicated to their customers. We make certain that every customer is as comfortable as possible while they are at our salon, and that they look and feel great when they leave.
Place
The Fox Valley is our community, and we want to do what we can to support it's long term health, growth and development. To achieve this, we have cultivated relationships with other local businesses to support a shop small, shop local concept within the valley. We are also involved in supporting our local community by giving of our time and resources toward nonprofit organizations like The Harbor House and NextGen ALS. In addition to this, we are willing to travel to support the needs of the elderly and disabled.
On a more global level, we see the need for sustainable practices in business. To align ourselves with this need, we have become a Green Circle Certified Salon. This means that we are fully committed to re-purposing, recycling and capturing up to 95% of all salon waste generated from services. Additionally, we try to minimize waste by using energy efficient fixtures and appliances wherever possible within our salon.
